  • How soon do you need the flowers?
The sooner the better as it will ensure that we can preserve your flowers at their ultimate freshness. Flowers can be accepted up to 3 days after the wedding. You can drop the flowers off at our workshop in Byron Bay or we can collect them. A small fee may be charged for collection. You can also express post the flowers provided they are express posted. We recommend Australia Post guaranteed next day delivery. Please provide us with the tracking number.
  • How will the piece be put together?
Depending on the size of your bouquet and the size frame you have chosen, we will endeavour to retain as many flowers as possible for your flowerwork. However, some flowers may not retain their quality and may be discarded. Pieces are put together based on the flowers and it is imperative that as little time as possible is spent handling them,. Therefore we do not offer creative direction from clients. If you have something in mind however, we welcome you to share this with us at the start.
  • How will I collect my piece?
You can pick up your piece. Alternatively, I can deliver it if you are close by. A small cost may be charged. If you want it posted, we recommend using a courier service to ensure that it is not damaged. We also recommend insuring it. We cannot be responsible for lost or damage pieces once posted. If you receive your piece and it is damaged, please contact me immediately and we will work to resolve it.
  • Do I need to make a booking and how do I make a booking?
Yes, you will need to make a booking. It is recommended that all bookings are made in advance to ensure that we have space for your bouquet. Please contact me directly via e-mail or through the contact section on my website to
  • Refunds and returns
We do not provide refunds, returns or change of mind.
  • Will the flowers hold their colour when pressed or preserved?
The colour retained by flowers depends on the flower itself. It is the beauty of working with natural products. We use a careful drying process to retain as much colour as possible. It is a 2-step process that retains more colour than most flower presses that often take weeks to dry and generally produce duller and more brown results. We also use a high quality UV resistant glass in our frames to support colour retention and preservation. Some flowers will retain their colour better than others. Over time all flowers will fade. However, their beauty will not be lost. It is recommended that you place your piece out of direct sunlight to preserve it.
  • Can I post my flowers to you?
Yes. Please post your flowers as soon as possible. We can only accept flowers up to 3 days post occasion. Please package them tightly to avoid moving around but leave enough space to ensure they do not get squished or damaged. Please note we cannot be responsible for any flowers that are damaged or lost in the post.
  • How should I care for my flowers until they are sent to you?
Please place your bouquet in water whenever possible. Out of direct sunlight somewhere cool and where they won't be squished or damaged.
