1. Service Overview

We specialise in preserving your floral arrangements (briadal bouquets, engagement flowers) into a shadow box frame. Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Our goal is to create a beautiful, lasting keepsake, but due to the nature of organic materials, some variation or imperfections are possible.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Timely Delivery: Flowers must be delivered to us within 3 days of the event to ensure optimal preservation.

  • Condition of Flowers: We are not responsible for damage or deterioration that occurs prior to delivery. Flowers must arrive clean and free from mold, rot, or excessive bruising.

  • Shipping to Us: If you are mailing flowers, please use overnight shipping and appropriate packaging. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit to us.

 

3. Preservation Process Risks

  • Organic Material Disclaimer: Flowers are natural and each one reacts differently to preservation techniques. Color changes, shrinking, or translucency may occur.

  • Artistic Interpretation: Your final piece may differ slightly from photos or examples due to flower condition, layout adjustments, or resin curing characteristics.

  • Breakage or Damage: While we take every precaution, resin art and preserved materials are delicate. If damage occurs during our process, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or remake the item, but full restoration may not be possible.

 

4. Liability and Refunds

  • Loss or Damage: In the rare event that your flowers are lost or irreparably damaged while in our care, you may be entitled to a refund of the service fee only. We are not liable for the sentimental value or value of the original flowers.

  • No Refunds for Customer-Caused Issues: Refunds are not provided if damage or decay occurred before the flowers arrived, or if delays or poor packaging affected the outcome.

  • Non-Returnable: All sales are final. Your preserved piece is custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

5. Timeline

Turnaround time is approximately [4–12 weeks] from the date we receive your flowers. This timeline is an estimate and may be extended due to complexity, curing times, or unforeseen delays.

 

6. Shipping & Handling

We package each finished item with care, but once it leaves our studio, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. Insurance and tracking are available upon request.

 

7. Client Communication and Approval

We will work with you to understand your vision for the piece before we begin assembling the piece. We do not offer input once we begin making the piece as once we start working with the flowers, we need to ensure that limited exposure and handling occurs.

8. Photography & Marketing

By using our services, you grant us permission to photograph your piece for our portfolio, website, or social media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing when placing your order.

 

9. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service or submitting your flowers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
