Cancellations
A cancellation is acceptable within 2 weeks of the wedding date. After the time, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit
A 25% portion of your booking fee serves as a non-refundable deposit once booked.
Once your flowers arrive and are pressed, no refunds are available for any amount paid.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refund requests due to a change of mind. Our products are custom and hand-made and we work to keep this so.
Quality
We take great care in creating all our pieces. If you have any issues with quality, please contact us to discuss. We will work to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Shipping and Handling
If your artwork is damaged during shipping or handling, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request evidence of the damage, such as photographs.
We are not responsible for any breakages or damage once the flowerworks leave our workshop. However, we will work to see if there is a workable solution.
Refunds and Returns
To request a refund, please contact us via e-mail. We do not provide refunds. However, in exceptional circumstances we may consider a refund at our discretion. You will need to contact us within 24 hours of your order. The flowerwork will need to be returned in the original packaging. Refunds will not include the booking fee. ​
